The TDB2OnlineApp consists of three simply structured pages for generating a test profile as a pdf file. It also works on smartphones or tablets.

On page 1, personal information is entered in the first four rows. The rows ID and Gender are not used by the program; they appear only on the profile sheet to identify the scoring. Any text that clearly identifies the testing for the examiner is suitable for this. The Date of birth field is important for calculating age; this field is used by the program. The Test date field is prefilled with the current date but can be changed if earlier testing sessions are to be scored with the correct age.

In the following table for test selection, the tests to be scored are marked. The tests appear there in the same order as on the entry page of the section App and test documentation, that is, organized by domain. The button below leads to the next page.

On page 2, the input fields for the raw scores of the tests selected on page 1 appear. It is not necessary to fill in all fields. In most browsers, the Tab key can be used to jump from one field to the next. The profile shows the tests or subtests for which values were entered. Global scores are computed only if raw scores are available for all associated subtests.

After the raw scores are entered, a click on “Create scoring” first leads to a check of the raw scores. The program checks whether the entered values come from the possible raw score range of the tests or subtests. If so, the profile sheet is generated. If this process is also successful, page 3 opens with a link to the profile sheet as a pdf file.

The profile sheet itself is explained here.

Errors in data entry can be corrected with the buttons “Change raw data” or “Change patient data”.

The entered data are stored on the server only temporarily and are not available later.
